For a new user

•          Sign up. Please use your name as you would like it to appear on your certificate(s).
•          Find a course or courses you want to enroll for
•          Put each course in the shopping cart by clicking on "Enroll For This Course"
•          Check out 
•          Make payment
•          We send your user ID and password by e-mail
•          Click on “Resume My Training” and you’ll be directed to our learning portal
•          Use the user ID and password e-mailed to you to access your course(s) and start training

 Anytime you want to learn, click on “Resume My Training” and put your user ID and password.

If your training is paid for by your organization, you don't need to sign up. You will receive your user ID and password from us. Click on "Resume My Training" and you'll be directed to our learning portal where you'll log in and start training.

For an existing user

Select and enroll for any course you like using the steps described above. The course(s) will be activated for you on our learning portal. Click on “Resume My Training” and log into the learning portal and start training.

In General

For any course you successfully complete, your will earn a certificate of training. The certificate will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of course completion.

You can also access and download a copy of the certificate when you log on to our site and click “Manage Courses” and then click the download label beside the course.

To find “Manage Courses”, click on the drop down button beside your full name near the Sign Up button on top of the site. Please note that you must log in to see this.
